| SUNNY REELHORN PARR Owner / Director / Dance Instructor / Choreographer Ms. Sunny has over 18 years of dance and teaching experience. Her training started at age 7 at Pinnell Dance Centre in Columbus, OH. Then, she taught over 125 students for 7 years at J.A.Z. Dance & More. She has two years of formal training in the Otterbein College Advanced dance program. She also continues to train yearly at Broadway Dance Center in New York City, Edge PAC in Los Angeles, and other national conventions. Ms. Sunny was a performer and dance captain for Paramount's King's Island Nicktoon's Summer Jam! She graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A. on full scholarship. Ms. Sunny teaches Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop/Jazz Funk and has received several choreography awards at regional and national competitions. She was most recently seen performing in the production of Miss Saigon at La Comedia Dinner Theatre. |
| KATIE SOMMERS Dance Instructor / Choreographer Ms. Katie is in her third year teaching at The Edge. She has been dancing since she was three years old. Her training originated in Columbus, OH, and includes notable studios such as Pinnell Dance Centre, J.A.Z. Dance & More, and The Movement Center. In 2005, Katie choreographed the Pickerington Miss Violet Festival Pageant and Pickerington North High School Talent show. She also choreographed for Liberty Union Show Choir. Katie has received several choreography awards and has been recognized at both regional and national competitions. |




| AMY TEVLIN Ballet & Pointe Instructor / Choreographer Mrs. Tevlin was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, where she vigorously trained in the Vaganova ballet technique before reaching the professional level. She has performed with various ballet companies throughout the Midwest including Metropolitan Classical Ballet Company and Fort Wayne Ballet. Mrs. Tevlin has a B.A. in history and dance from Butler University. Mrs. Tevlin was a guest dancer with the Zhejiang Sports Center in China and also did modeling work for print advertisements while in China. For 4 years, she was on faculty at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music (CCM), where she co-founded the CCM Youth Ballet. She is a frequent guest teacher at Interlochen Center for the Arts, Michigan Classical Ballet, Memphis Classical Ballet, and Ballet Arts in Jackson, TN. In 2003, Mrs. Tevlin attained her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. |

| MAUREEN PRAY Dance Instructor / Choreographer Ms. Maureen is a school counselor at Conner Middle School. She trained with the South Dayton Dance Theatre, a nationally recognized pre-professional dance company, in Centerville, OH from 1992 to 2001. Maureen attended summer programs at Point Park College and the University of the Arts. She was a dance major at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, before transferring to The Ohio State University. She studied ballet, pointe, pas de deux, jazz, yoga, pilates, Graham, Horton, Cunningham, and contemporary. Maureen also has a Master of Arts in Education: School Counseling from The Ohio State University. She taught at South Dayton School of Dance for 5 years, and she has also taught at Columbus Dance Theatre in Columbus, OH. The Edge is proud to welcome Ms. Maureen to our teaching staff! |
| KASEY WHALEN Dance Instructor / Choreographer Miss Kasey has been a student at The Edge for three years and is a participating member of The Edge All Stars competition team. She was a Teacher Assistant in the Future Teachers Program at The Edge and has good experience assisting and teaching dance classes with young children. Kasey has trained in dance for 12 years and was seen in the Macy's Day in New York City in 2004. She is a Freshman at Thomas More College and is majoring in Psychology. Kasey is very excited to be joining The Edge staff this year! |



| JENNY BRADLEY Tumbling Instructor / Dance Instructor / Choreographer Ms. Jenny began dancing and tumbling in 1968 at Brenda's School of Dance. She began her gymnastics training in 1973, under the tutelage of world-renowned coach Dennis Harget. In 1982, she received the Coaches, Judges, and Safety certificate from the United States Acrobatics-Gymnastics Federation. Ms. Jenny started teaching at Pro Dance in 1988. Dance Masters of America (DMA) awarded her a certificate for The United States Trampoline and Tumbling. DMA also certified her in both fields of education. She has won several awards at the regional and national competition levels. And throughout her teaching career, Ms. Jenny has touched thousands of lives. |
| MICHAEL TEVLIN Ballet & Pointe Instructor / Choreographer Mr. Tevlin is an associate professor of dance at University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music (CCM). He has a BA from Butler University and a MS from Indiana University. He is the former assistant director for the Interlochen Arts Camp Dance Program. He has been ballet instructor and production coordinator at the Interlochen Arts Academy and part-time faculty at Dance Arts Academy in Traverse City, Michigan. He is the former artistic director of the Fort Wayne Ballet Company and Memphis Ballet Company. He has taught at Rhodes University, Memphis State University, and Millikin University. Performance credits include the Fort Wayne Ballet, Memphis Ballet, Millikin Dance Theatre, Indiana Ballet Theatre, Indianapolis Starlight Theatre, Butler Ballet, St. Louis Civic Ballet and others. In 1985 and 1991, Mr. Tevlin was named Master Artist by the Indiana Arts Commission. He has also taught and adjudicated at numerous ballet festivals, conferences and competitions. |
| ALYSHA POE Dance Instructor / Choreographer Miss Alysha has danced since she was 4 years old. She was a member of the Ryle High School Raiderettes Dance Team for four years. Miss Alysha was an active member of The Edge All Stars competition team. Currently, she is a freshman at Northern Kentucky University and is in the Pre-dental program. Alysha loves working with young children and is very excited to be a dance instructor at The Edge! |
